Insurance: First Impressions Family Dentistry is not in-network with any insurance providers. We will continue to accept all insurances and file claims for services as a courtesy to our patients.
Credit/Debit Cards: For your convenience we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Cash/Checks: Cash and Personal Checks are accepted. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are determined on an as needed basis for patients with outstanding history with our practice.
